Brand storytelling doesn’t apply to B2B right?
I find this question comes up a lot.
The answer is that storytelling works equally well with both B2C and B2B.
In both cases, you are communicating with a real person, not an entity. Storytelling is all about humanising your message. Picture in your minds-eye the real hero of your story – the consumer or the budget holder. Then craft your narrative according to their needs.
So from now on, let’s talk in terms of Business-to-Human communications.
