Ten years after setting up our academy in the UK, we’ve taken our unique approach to storytelling global. From April we will be hosting in-person storytelling workshops in three different continents, with our first live session held in the heart of New York City, fresh off the back of our successful launches in Germany and Australia.

In today’s fast-paced world, where attention spans are shrinking and competition is it an all-time high, the ability to tell compelling stories is more crucial than ever. At Berkeley Communications, we understand the transformative impact that a well-crafted narrative can have on brand perception and public relations outcomes.

Our Storytelling Academy is designed to equip participants with the tools and techniques needed to bring some Hollywood into their communications – whether that’s in marketing material or a sales pitch.

Our North American Chief Storyteller, Alysha Guenther, will be running the US Academy, delving into the fundamentals of storytelling and exploring how narrative structure, emotion, and authenticity can be leveraged to win hearts, minds and, ultimately, more revenue for your business.

Through a combination of interactive exercises, real-world case studies, and expert guidance, participants will learn how to filter messages through a six-step storytelling process. These actionable strategies will help craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and avoid becoming the self-congratulating waffle that too many companies create today.

The first workshop in the United States is scheduled for April 18th, and promises to be an inspiring and enlightening experience for all attendees. Upcoming dates for the next workshops in the UK, Germany and Australia can be found on our Storytelling Academy page.
